Hello, Thomas's daughter here. As you may know, my dad's cancer journey has continued and taken a very painful and scary turn. This time, it is stage four, and the main tumor is too invasive for surgery without losing the tongue and voice box, as well as some bone. The approach is now chemotherapy to hopefully shrink the tumor in hopes that surgery to remove the tumor is safer and less damaging. This will be self-pay as he is without insurance. My dad is unable to work at this point. He has difficulty eating, and speaking is a challenge.
He has spent my life instilling values of compassion and generosity, in both me and my sister, that he practices unwaveringly. He will help anyone he can whenever he can. It's inspiring how he is worried about putting people out given his current state.
Here is your chance. If he has ever helped you out, return the favor.
Anything you can do is appreciated by our family.
Thank you,
Megan
