It is such an enormous blessing to have lived in this strange world at the same time as Thomas Gilbert. He truly was the most brilliant, patient, kind, and thoughtful man each and everyday of his life. To each person he met, he had a lesson to teach, a shoulder to cry on, or a laugh to share. We would like to ask those who may have been touched by his magic to donate any amount to help his family with the costs of his memorial. Friends are also arranging a tree to be planted in a Fort Collins park for us all to sit and read under. We have lost one of the greatest minds of our generation but through each of us, he lives on forever.
