Help Us Find My Missing Sister!

As some of you may know, my sister has been missing for about 3 months. We have already contacted the El Paso police to report her missing but were told we had to be in person to report her missing, which I believe they are lying about because they don't care due to my sister having a troubled past with homelessness and drugs. Not to mention, she is not from Texas at all.

Due to these circumstances, my mother and I need to make the trip to El Paso so we can 1. File a missing persons report and 2. Try and look for her ourselves in person. Any little bit would help tremendously, and we thank you in advance. My mother and I are worried sick about her and can't stress enough how grateful we would be for anyone who helps find her.
