This young Kauai brotherhood FIGHT CANCER
Donation protected
Hi my name is Hiilani Wilson-Cummings, along with my brothers Isaiah and Ronnie Wilson we are asking for prayers and help with our dads journey battling cancer. My father was recently hospitalized thinking it was his Crohn's Disease flaring up. To our dismay we found out the worst news, that he has an agressive form of Invasive Colon Cancer. This news couldn't have come at the most inconvenient/vulnerable time for my parents.
About 2 months ago my dad's handyman business had just started to take off and then my mom lost her job. They both felt that maybe this is the time to put everything they've got into in his handyman business. Knowing that they would struggle in the beginning, they were confident and eager to make it work. It's been going great until couple of weeks ago when they were hit by what they thought would be a minor setback has now turned into a major setback. Released from the hospital feeling better and waiting to see the specialist, my parents tried to go back to work but it became very difficult for my dad,as the pain varies throughout each day. My mom does the best she can but cannot finish the job without him.
I am currently living in Las Vegas with my husband and son, with a baby on the way. I have decided to move back to Kauai with my son for a few months, while my husband stays in
Vegas to support our growing family and take care of our home. We are putting our trust and faith in God through this storm, staying positive and doing our part by taking the proper steps & precautions, so my dad can fight and defeat this cancer. So any amount is a blessing to help with living & medical expenses that will occur during my dad's treatment and recovery, it will help my mom to make ends meet and be able to stay by my dad's side throughout his journey. During his treatment they will be traveling back and forth to Oahu for the next few weeks. If you can't give its okay, but please share with others and keep my dad and mom in prayer as they go through these challenging times. As Psalms 118:17 "I will not die but live, and will proclaim what the LORD has done" we are declaring these words over my dad, for this test will be his testimony, and he will live to share what God did for him.
Thank you for your time and support,
