This pup Mowgli needs help after a hit and run.

I'm setting this up for a friend and coworker whose dog was victim to a hit and run yesterday. I will update with more info as I get it, but as of now, all I know is any help would be appreciated. Already emergency veterinarian bills have been a bit much, only to learn surgery will need to happen. Any bit helps.
