This Old House by Johnny Wheels

Many of you visiting this page probably already know Johnny Wheels. If you are unfamiliar with Johnny, let me tell you that he is a talented musician, friend, brother, son, and uncle. Johnny has lived in his Willamina, Oregon home for over 20 plus years. Johnny found himself paralyzed after a diving accident at the age of 12 and has been in a wheelchair since that day. Johnny has found himself in desperate need of housing repairs in order to maintain his home. Not only for his independence but in order to stay near his long-time caregivers, close friends, and family. The house is in ill repair with a vast array of needs, including a new roof, siding, plumbing, electrical, flooring, etc. In addition to this, he is in desperate need of having his doorways widened and making other necessary changes to the home's layout in order to better accommodate not only Johnny, but his caregivers as well. On a limited disability income, this has been a project too large for Johnny to take on by himself financially and physically. Up to this point, band-aides have been put on a problem that has now gotten too large and he needs our help. This is an opportunity to inspire Johnny the way he has for so many with our love, support, and friendship during this project.
