This name sucks, I want a new one

Hi, my name is Jaydee and the name on my state ID is something stupid and I want it changed. 

"Jaydee" has always been a name derived of my first and middle initials-- "J.D." so I'd like to keep that format for my name while simultaneously changing it to something awesome. 

So, "Jack Daniels Fairneny." 

The name I use every day will still be "Jaydee," but in professional contexts I'd rather be called "Jack" than "DEADNAME" anyway.

The amount will cover the court fees plus whatever I have to pay to get a new ID and contact everyone in the universe to inform them of the change.
