This lard arse is gonna do the Great North Run!

SO I DON'T KNOW WHAT HAS COME OVER ME BUT I WANT TO DO THIS!

I have never ran the Great North Run before but I want to tackle this in Aid of a mental health charity now I am 2 months clean of anti-depressants. Any donation can make a difference no matter how big or small so please do try help if you are able to. I myself have suffered with mental health and I'm sure if you have not then you will at least know somebody you care about has suffered
