This is to cover the cost that I couldn't finance

Hey!
My name is Sara and not unlike many other people on this platform, I've had a rough go of things for a while. My back story is a bit messy. Back in December of 2022, I had some kind of ischemic event that left me disabled. I'm still working with several doctors to figure out that whole mess. My vision has been the thing most affected there. (mostly neuro damage)
However, this isn't about that. That tidbit of information is just to give you an idea as to why I'm asking for help. I am on disability and state Medicaid. Disability does have insurance, but if you know anything about dental insurance, that pays for almost nothing except preventative care. Now on to the meat and potatoes.
I've had severe dental issues for a while, before the ischemic event, long before, I've had molars pulled, braces, etc. However, over the last year and some months, my focus has been on recovery for my brain. My teeth took a back seat. Without being too grotesque, I went to the Dentist on 2/26/24 because I have a hole in one of my molars that you can easily see and my mouth hurts. I eat mostly soup and have lost a bunch of weight. Generally, I'm unhealthy. To fix or repair what is happening in my mouth will only prolong the amount of time I get to keep some teeth. The eventuality is, that I will lose most of them within the next year and will continue to feel ill in general because my mouth will still be in bad shape no matter what I do.
On March 13th, 2024 - I am going to have a full mouth extraction (26 teeth that I have left - for reference adults have 32 teeth including wisdom teeth), bone grafting, lower jaw denture implant abutments, and removal of mandibular tori. I will have "healing" dentures and then permanent dentures after those. The total without insurance was $30,854. Because I was in the network and had some dental benefits, the total out-of-pocket is $17,380.00. With a co-signer, I was able to finance a payment that on disability I can't afford but will figure it out and it will only cover $15,000 (Care Credit).
I set a goal for the remaining cost that I couldn't finance. Any assistance is helpful. Honestly, a dollar or 5, anything helps. If you want me to post the estimate/bill I can do that too.
If you read all the way through, thank you! Feel free to share anywhere you have other connections.
Thank you,
