Brenda is still struggling with cancer treatment

Hi, my name is Brenda and I was recently diagnosed with cancer and I will be having surgery on 6/8/23 and will be unable to work for at least a few weeks. I am self employed driving for Uber and my biggest fear during all of this is falling behind on my car payments and other bills I am responsible for during my recovery. If I lose my car I also lose my way to earn a living. I have been doing Uber for 7.5 years, which I love doing, but it also means I have no paid time off or benefits of any kind.

They have since added chemo and radiation treatments to my recovery plan. I can’t work more than a couple of hours doing private clients on short trips, so not much income to keep from falling behind. My husband put his 2000 Dodge Dakota sport truck up for sale but so far no one has followed through with actually taking a look at it, even after he lowered the price and was willing to take any offer at this point.

I just had my second chemo treatment yesterday, and still accept any prayers, can never have too many good vibes & best of all, those are free
