This is my Dad who got hit, basically, he was at a zebra crossing and was crossing the road, note that there were no cars in sight when he started crossing, then a car came out of no where and hit him when he was on his mobility scooter. The mobility scooter took most of the impact and the car was going 40mph when it struck him. He is now in the hospital and has no broken bones but is lucky to be alive as he got dragged and then flung up into the air. The mobility scooter saved his life!!! His name is Daniel Tuck.
