Ok, you may or not know me.

I like to keep things simple, but life is not always simple.

I am new to raising money for charity. But new is what we need.

In a world where we can see suffering. Or we cant, everyone has their own struggles.

I will be swimming 13,000m in January for my mental health & my mum and dads experiences. Lets not make 13 an unlucky number for some. Lets exceed expectations. I have promised to raise more for every extra length.

Thia (Thanks in advace) this is purely to shift some weight. So this is not to remove some weight off my shoulders. This is motivational for improved conditions for all that suffer. THIS is to try make a small step change in multiple Scleorisos, Cancer and mental health.

Lets hope we get there. Where you ask?

Lets just try and see. I am not medical but miracles can happen.

All three are very serious and something must change with diagnosis, prognosis and early intervention to try and improve living conditions.

Every stroke in the pool improves your mental health but the same exercises cant always reprieve other hidden diseases.

It should also be said this will be in a swimming pool. I love open water swimming (when safe to do so) but you have to train to be able to cope with the water and the under current, rip curl, waves combined with sand and rocks. The change can happen so quickly!!

Thank you all for donations so far. I am pleased to say I have have now achieved my 520 lengths in the 25m pool achieving my own goal of 13,000m. It is with pride I can contribute a little extra to all 3 causes.
