Hello, Im not exactly sure where to start or how to go about this situation, but this kitty was found on the 91 freeway. He is currently at VCA Animal Hospital and I need help raising the money to cover for his medical expenses. This little guy has already lost half of his tail and has very big wounds on his back right leg, please help if you can.
