This goofball and I need a safe car

Hi everyone,

I am Katie Sinclair and I have surrendered to the fact that I need to ask for help. I am a single Mom. While Dad is still in the picture he takes my son on weekends so I can work but I receive no financial help from him. My current vehicle is being held together by hope! I have a chance to buy a safe and well-cared for Scion from my best friend's Dad. I need to have the money by July 6th. The car is 5,500 but there is already 1,500 towards the goal from my Aunt's efforts and it is she who encouraged me to start this. I would like to be able to take my son safely beyond our neighborhood and not wait for the bottom to fall out (again) on my current car.
