This family needs help desperately

A 35 yr old mother of 6 is in desperate need of help asap.I have a household of 9 that I can't feed on a daily or have supplies that we desperately need. I also take care of my elderly mom and ill husband. I have no money for the things we need or meds that we need asap. I have been reaching out to resources in our area with no luck. As a mother it hurts me to have to watch my kids cry themselves to sleep because I don't have the things for them they need. I recently tested positive for a illness and can't even afford my meds. My immune system is weak and I can't leave the house because I have no transportation. My car broke down on me 3 weeks ago and I can't even make it to doctors appointments or do anything that's needed. Can someone please help my family. We haven't had food in 3 days n my kids are getting sick. Please someone out there help me help my family please am begging u. Thanks and God bless
