This Angel Needs Our Support - Dianne Bacon Connor

Hi, I started this fundraiser to help Dianne seek the treatment she needs to fight Glioblastoma, an aggressive brain cancer. Dianne sought medical care for issues she had with her legs. After an MRI discovered this tumor her world was turned upside down in a matter of minutes. She was rushed into surgery a few days later to remove what they could of the tumor. As glioblastoma grows, it forms microscopic branches that can spread into different parts of the brain. These makes it nearly impossible to remove the entire tumor with surgery. The treatment that follows surgery is aggressive with radiation and chemotherapy every day for the next six weeks. That alone would take a toll on any family. Glioblastoma does not have a cure but with treatment it does allow hope for Dianne and her family.

For the foreseeable future Dianne can not work. This fund will go to Dianne to help with medical costs, transportation to Newton Wellesley, food and all living costs. Her husband Neil has medical issues as well and has also not able to work. So you can see how dire the situation has become.
