My name is Caroline Waters, and I am fundraising for my brother and his family, Jose, Carol, Joseph and Isabella Feliciano. Yesterday, they lost everything when their home caught on fire. Miraculously, they are all safe, but regretfully, their precious dogs, Forrest and Pink, did not make it out of the house. This family is a pillar of their community.
