We are the passionate class of Digital Film and Video Production at F.I.R.S.T. Institute. Our diverse group of filmmakers, screenwriters, artists, and editors are united by our love for storytelling and the magic of cinema.

At the heart of our campaign lies our ambitious endeavor to create an original, horrifying short film called Think Happy, written by Krystal Bastidas. Think Happy follows the story of Chris and Nicolas, two friends who encounter a mysterious commercial for a new app that promises to make its users happy all the time. As Chris begins to notice unsettling changes in the people around him, he uncovers the disturbing reality behind this seemingly innocent program.

Why This Story Matters:

In today's world, where technology plays an integral role in our lives, Think Happy serves as a cautionary tale about the potential consequences of relying too heavily on devices to dictate our emotions. Sometimes we fall into a trap, obsessing over the constant need for positivity. It’s a reminder of the importance of genuine human interaction and the need to confront, rather than escape, our negative emotions.

By donating to our cause, you become an integral part of our filmmaking family, empowering us to pursue our artistic aspirations and share our stories with the world. Your generosity directly fuels:
