Hi,

My name is Rebecca Gorham. I work with a dear friend named Kelsey Leslie and have known her for 7 years. This is a fundraiser to support her and her family as they grieve the loss of her 16-year-old sister Valkyrie.

Valkyrie entered this world on November 3, 2005, and decided to leave it on January 22, 2022. Kyrie was a beautiful young woman with such a gentle and sweet soul. She was amazingly talented and deeply passionate. Words cannot express how special she was.

Valkyrie was so incredibly loved. In the end, her struggles with her mental health overwhelmed her, and her family is absolutely devastated by her loss.

Valkyrie wished to be cremated. Any funds raised here will go toward the cost of the cremation and a memorial viewing to help bring closure to her family and friends.

Friends and family, please hug your loved ones. Please tell those who struggle that it will one day be okay. Reach out to anyone you know that may need it.
