They lost everything in Paradise
Donation protected
I am Mike Nixon from Rancho Cucamonga, and I'm asking my family and friends to help my son, Trevor Nixon, his wife Jennifer, and my three granddaughters, Tatum, Madison and Ryleigh, and Tahoe (their dog). They were evacuated from their home because of the fire in Paradise with only the clothes they were wearing. The fire consumed their home along with thousands of others. They are all safe and out of harm's way, thank God. Now they start the next chapter in their lives from the ashes up. Any donations, no matter the amount, will be greatly appreciated to help them with the first step in this journey. I think about what is must be like to lose everything you have in a moment's notice, and I can't imagine how they must feel. My son and his family were in a Walmart some 40 miles away to purchase the bare necessities, and every time they turned into a new aisle they would meet other families from Paradise doing the same, with a lot of hugging and crying. I want to thank all of you in advance for your help and let you know you hold a special part of my heart.
