They abandoned her after the wreck. We wont do the same.

Last week, my little girl was in a horrible accident. A drunk driver crossed into the lane she was traveling in while hauling hay, running them and the trailer off the road and causing it to flip and roll a dozen times, severely injuring her and the driver of the vehicle. Miraculously, the third occupant (the baby) was protected by God and spared serious injury even in such a catastrophic crash. Her mother was not so lucky: both legs broken, a smashed shoulder, broken eye orbital socket, broken hip, and a laundry list of other severe injuries means this will be a long process.

We need to raise money to help the family cover all the expenses incurred by a catastrophic incident such as this. We need to get her a residence with ground-level access for when she is released (rental is ok). Her mother is no longer working so she can provide full-time care for KK and the baby, and it is going to be a long time before she is able to walk, care for her child, etc. God has been good about coming through for us in the most important ways in what seems like the darkest times: I pray that He will put it on your heart to make a difference to help a wonderful young mother and baby whose lives were forever changed by this drunk driver. He left the scene and has not been apprehended, so there's nobody to sue here. The other driver abandoned them to their fate when they needed help most; please step up and show that YOU won't do that to them! Any amount helps, let's show her that we care and we've got her back!
