Unique Resource Center Funding

The PICF Unique Resource Center is a not-for-profit 501c3 (Federal ID number: 45-1862658) located in Richmond, Virginia. The URC’s mission is to serve communities by enhancing education, preserving and enhancing family life, and building community involvement through innovative programming. Our service delivery model is to be impactful and relevant in the development of community resources and improving the quality of life for individuals. Some of our ongoing services include Weekly Community Feedings, an Emergency Food Pantry, our 2nd Blessings Clothes Closet, Curious Kids After School Reading Program, Men and Women's support groups, and Weekly Clothing Giveaways. We are a grassroots organization and we operate solely on the donations of amazing people like you! We accept donations in the form of non-perishable food items, gently used and new clothing items and monetary donations. Monetary donations are used to fund programs and to serve a HOT meal to our local homeless and disadvantaged community members. Per week we serve an average of 125 individuals (adults and children) who rely on us for a weekly well-balance meal. All donations are used to enhance the lives of those in the Tri-Cities area.
