Ken, Lesa and Travis Theuerkauf

I am raising funds to assist Ken & Lesa Theuerkauf. Their son, Travis is 19 years old and is in Prince Charles hospital with a serious heart condition.

On Thursday last week, while he was at work at Toowoomba Grammar, Travis went into cardiac arrest and his heart stopped for 9 minutes. While in Toowoomba base hospital on Sunday, his heart stopped again for 17 minutes while his parents waited outside his room. The longest 17 minutes of their life.

Travis was airlifted to Brisbane on Sunday night and his parents are by his side. His condition has been described as rare and complicated. I am raising funds to assist with accommodation, travel and other expenses while they are in Brisbane.
