The Solution - A Feature Film

The Solution is a feature length experimental film which follows a lone man’s abstract journey from the bleak, chaotic snows of winter to the sprawling, flowing landscapes of summer. It’s an ascent from madness; a return to reason.

Written and directed by Liam James Fitch and starring Payton Michael Watson.

At this point, the film is completely finished. So you might ask, what do you need the money for?

We need your help to fund the entree fees for local, state-wide, national, and international film festivals. The average entrance fee at festivals for a feature length film is between 15$ and 60$. I have selected a handful of festivals to submit to throughout 2021. Beyond paying for festival fees, extra funding will go toward promotion campaigns on social media and Youtube, as well as printing more copies of the film for hard-copy distribution.

By donating to the film, you get rewards! Rewards will arrive months before the general release of the film, during the festival season. So donating at this point is the only way to see the film before it's released on streaming services, which will likely be a year or longer. The name of each and every donator will appear in the credits in the wide-release version, no matter the amount donated. Donation rewards are listed below:

You will receive a DVD copy of the film by mail.

10-19$ - Associate Producer -

You will receive a Bluray copy of the film by mail.

20-49$ - Producer -

You will receive a Bluray copy of the film, as well as a Bluray copy of the secret 9 hour "Dream Cut" by mail.

50$+ - Executive Producer - 

You will receive a Bluray copy of the film, a ProRes copy of the film (fit for professional screening), a Bluray copy of the "Dream Cut", and a limited edition poster by mail.
