My name is Hector Conesa and I began my weight loss journey at the age of thirty six. At over 450 lbs the doctors told me I would not see my 40th birthday. I started my journey only after I lost all of my material things and felt I had no where else to go but up. 

Fighting depression and anxiety I knew I needed to change my life so I chose the most obvious thing first which was my weight problem only to find out that was not the problem at all. Never in million years did I think that I would find out who I am and what needs to be done in lifetime. I dedicated myself, to myself, and pushed forward until the day came that I had lost over 250lbs.

No drugs, no surgeries... just hard core dedication, proper nutrition, and the will to never give up. I am lucky because my reasons to live and survive are clear. I have the most amazing wife and the most wonderful children that any man would dream of having. All along I had the idea that one day I would reach a point that I would lose all the weight, have extra skin and need surgery.
