These incredible young athletes from Karate Wales have earned the chance to represent their country at the World Karate Championships in Romania next year. But unlike many national teams, they receive no funding, grants, or subsidies. Every ounce of support—from training to travel—is self-funded.

‍♂️ On Saturday, September 20th, they’ll be completing a 14-mile bike ride from Aberavon Beach to the Mumbles in Swansea.
