Hello. My name is Sam. Most of you, if not all of you, know me by the name of SamDaDude. Most people who watch my videos are aware that I have a lung condition. This condition is called spontaneous phnuemothorax. Basically meaning that my lung randomly collapses causing pain and shortage of breath. I've been lucky to where I haven't needd a chest tube because of these collapses. However 2 years ago I had pluerodesis surgery on my left lung (fusing my lung to my chest wall to prevent any future collapses). Seeing how my right side has started acting up I have made an appointment to get the same surgery done on my right side in July. This surgery will basically give me back my life. It will let me fly and travel to places as well as diving and just all around give me a better quality of life. Instead of worrying about my lung at all times of the day in constant pain from trapped air in my chest cavity I will be able to rest easy through the day. Any and all amount helps.
