Theresa + Todd Flooded House Help
Donation protected
Hi Friends + Family,
I'm Yvette Niesel. I live in Connecticut, but I'm from Louisiana. My whole family still lives in Louisiana.
You may have heard that my sister, Theresa, and her husband, Todd, were affected by the recent flooding in Louisiana. Tee and Todd have three young children: Riley, 7yrs, Abigail, 6yrs and Charlie, 2yrs. Thankfully, they are all fine... including their pets!

Unfortunately, despite NOT living in a flood zone, their entire neighborhood was under water when a river flooded its banks. While the average rainfall was 11 inches, some areas received over 26 inches of rain!

The money I'd like to collect for them would cover the replacement of flooring, bedding, furniture and some clothing. I'm sure if you are a parent, you know what it's like trying to get your children to clean up their rooms. So most of the kids' toys and clothes was ruined due to them not keeping their rooms clean. (Hey, you have to find the humor somewhere... )
Collecting funds for them would mean so much to me. They both work so hard, as we all do. I'm so proud of them both. As soon as Todd finished his degree, Tee started working on hers. She is currently going to college and working.
I know that you all work VERY HARD for your money. Anything you can afford to give would help tremendously. Yes, I'm definitely planning to help, but there's only so much I can do alone. I hope you'll consider it. Thank you so much ... in advance. xoxoxo
