My mother Theresa has been hospitalized at PIH Whittier Hospital as a result of contracting COVID-19 virus on 1/8/2021.
She has been struggling to fight off the infection for the last three weeks, but unfortunately the infection severely impacted her quality of life resulting in a heart attack, pneumonia, low oxygen levels and lastly, kidney failure. On top of her already battling heart disease, diabetes and other health complications.
As of 1/27/21, she had to be placed on end of life comfort measures seeing as her regular dialysis treatment was unsuccessful, causing kidney failure.
The funds from this raiser will go into any end of life expenses for my mother, medical costs, memorial services, and moving/storage expenses.
Anything you can contribute is greatly appreciated. We will continually post updates as we are able to.
