The Jack family is sad to announce the passing of their beloved wife, mother, grandmother, Theresa Jack. Her life was tragically taken by MVA on December 4th, 2024.

To assist with the unexpected costs for the immediate family for time away from home and work we request monetary donations to help in their time of need. Any contributions is greatly appreciated.

Theresa’s passing is great loss to our whole community, especially the hockey community as that was her happy place. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
