Theresa Weir is a loving wife of 23 years, a loving mother of 3 and a proud Oma of 6. She is caring, she is giving, she is the strongest woman I know, she is fierce.  On September 28th she was diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer and on December 6th she lost her battle. This amazing lady who is so strong, who had so much to live for, never even got the chance to fight for her life.  We miss her more everyday and life feels so incomplete.  RIP Beautiful.
