Hi, I am called Carlton and this is my story:
I only have one eye that I can see out of, the other one is really big and hurts so bad. It’s always been like that and I don’t know any different. I am just a wee kitten. I came from a farm property where there are lots of cats. The people there primarily raise sheep and a few other animals as well, they are older and maybe should retire. Things are starting to get pretty run down and the care and attention is just not there anymore. Because this farm is so remote we rarely ever see cars pull in here but one day a lady came holding a carrier. Apparently, she has been here before, so I am told, and she helped take some of the kittens. I later find out that she has taken at least 30 cats and the owners are not doing anything about controlling the breeding. The lady recognized that I needed to be rescued asap and I was lucky that I was taken in because I saw a kitty doctor right away. This is all so sudden, but there’s no saving my eye, and that’s OK but it’s also sudden for Pet Patrol to come up with the funds to help me. So here I am, this little boy with just one good eye, hoping the bad one gets removed soon, and hoping kind people will donate to my care. Your support to help me goes a long way - it will carry me through my whole life.
