Hey everyone,

I'm creating this go fund me on behalf of my dad, Ricardo Martinez. As many of you know Rick has been working since the age of 14 and if you him personally, he is always willing to lend a helping hand whenever he could.

With that being said, our family is asking for support during this difficult moment.

On January 20th, 2026, my dad was taken to the hospital due to a stroke, which has impacted the left side of his body. Causing vision, speech and movement issues.. as well as numbness, the inability to walk and do daily tasks on his own .

Because of this, he will have to through intensive rehabilitation, speech therapy and medication treatments. We are unsure how long the rehabilitation will have to take place for, but until then he is unable to return back to work.

We are hoping through the rehabilitation he will heal little by little and get back to his best self.

However in the meantime, we are asking for support through this difficult time.

Any amount would be appreciated and we thank you all so much for your help during this time.
