Therapy for Logan

Hi all
We are fundraising for our little man Logan.
For those of you who have not been following our journey,we have two beautiful 5 year old twin boys Brock & Logan, who were born prematurely @ 30 weeks.
We found out at our 20 week scan that Logan had a severe case of Hydrocephalus and Scoliosis and the prognosis at the time was pretty grim. At 1 year old Logan was formally diagnosed with having Cerebral Palsy- Spastic Diplegia- which means he has a lot of spasticity (tightness) in his legs, which makes walking difficult.
He also has difficulty with his fine motor skills with his hands.
In October 2017 , we were given the news that Logan MAY never walk. As you can imaging that news was devastating to hear. After receiving such news, I immediately researched like crazy and looked at making some big changes to Logan's therapy routine. Since then we have embarked on numerous blocks of intensive therapy and as a result Logan took his first independent steps a few months later (in Dec 17)
Over the years Logan has defied all of the odds and has made massive gains in all areas of his development. Today, marks 5 months since Logan has been walking completely independently- WITH NO WALKER and needing MINIMAL assistance from us. Unfortunately, the NDIS funding we receive each year is not enough to cover all of the therapy Logan requires to help him be as independent as possible.
This funding will pay for the fees of the 3 week intensive therapy needed in Sydney in January 2020 (if he gets accepted). It will also fly Logan and Jo (his Mum) over to Sydney and provide accommodation whilst there. Hopefully Jon (Logan's Dad) and Brock can visit, but we will self fund this.
