TheraPink for Girls Programming
TheraPink for Girls Inc. is a nonprofit organization for middle-school girls to help increase their knowledge of mental health awareness and self-care. We have 3 different program areas to help target our mission and would appreciate financial support from the community to help us get there!
Candid Conversations program runs throughout the school year with Young Middle School and includes weekly, informal girl talk around age appropriate mental health topics.
Self-Care Saturday takes place once per month virtually and in the community for middle school girls in and outside the state of Georgia that includes engagement and practice with various self-care activities.
TheraPink and Write encourages journaling among this age group. TheraPink donates self-care journals to middle schools in Georgia to promote a healthy way of coping through challenging times.
Our goal is that girls will learn how to effectively handle day-to-day challenges in a healthy way to prevent negative short and long term impacts.
