Fund for the Family of Troy Harris

Donation protected

Friends - please read the article below and consider making a pledge to help Troy Harris, a friend who is near and dear to us. People in the Penn community who have had the privilege of knowing Troy (whether in his capacity as a chef at Hillel’s Falk Dining Commons or otherwise) know he is one of the most amazing, generous, hard-working people. He was a defining character in our college experience and for the larger Penn community.

Troy’s 18-year-old son Azir has been paralyzed since he was shot on February 15 2018, the day after the Parkland shooting. Troy’s family has been stretched to the breaking point after paying for medical supplies not covered by insurance and needs our help.

Please help bring hope and financial relief to Troy’s amazing family. We are seeking donations for the Harris family to purchase the necessary wheelchair accessible accessories, and any amount helps!
