Hi, I am Theo and I'm not feeling so well. My mom is very uncomfortable with "GoFundMe" so she is making me tell my story. I'm still a little confused about all of this, but here goes...
I started feeling bad last month. My mom didn't notice that anything serious was going on until I stopped eating. I LOVE to eat, so I couldn't believe it either. I am only six years old, and being in the hospital was very scary for me, but I was brave. After a loooong week there, my mom took me home because I was very sad. But I didn't get better at home. Finally, I had to have my tummy shaved and people looked inside and I heard the word "gallbladder."
When my mom and Auntie Julie picked me up, they were very happy and kept saying "gallbladder surgery," and "great news." They said I would live. The next thing I know I'm here on GoFundMe asking for help to "defray the staggering 6k needed to pay for surgery." My mom also said "Four thousand has already been spent just to figure things out," and that I am the "Ten Thousand Dollar Man."
She also says "I love you" to me lot, and that is the only part of all of this that I totally understand. I can't wait to feel better and play with my friends again, and my mom said that will happen soon.
She says to say thank you and I understand that too! Thank you for anything you can do to help me, and thank you for all your support. We love all of our friends :)
Love,
Theo xox
