This is a donation for The Jones Family. Sweet Theo has touched all our hearts and brought us on a miraculous journey of love, laughter and tears. After a long bout with a very aggressive cancer Theo went to play with the Angels on Monday. We are so grateful to Katie and Michael for sharing all of it and allowing us in. Theo has inspired us all in this journey and will continue to do so throughout our lives.

It is an honor to be a part of this as I'm sure many of you feel the same way. If you feel called to donate, the proceeds will be used to send flowers and a few items for Issac.
