The Norwalk Theatre experienced an act of vandalism on February 4th, when someone climbed onto the roof and shattered each of the neon bulbs that light the word "Norwalk" (on both sides of the marquee).
As the largest marquee in Ohio, it has shined upon many events over the years, including: Imagine Norwalk, Light Up Norwalk, Norwalk United, and the City’s beloved 4th of July Parade. And then in just one night of carelessness, the marquee went dark.
The money from this campaign will go toward repairing the neon of the marquee, so that it can light up Main Street once again. We thank you for your support as the community stands together to make this terrible situation right.
When things fall apart, Norwalk comes together.
