In September my family made a life change. We moved from North Carolina to California. This was a fresh start as a family to set out for a new life.  
We found a resonable small house to rent.  I cashed in my 401k to cover moving expenses and the first and last months rent.  After a few months of working late shifts and finally getting a steady full time job things were getting stable.  The runway money from my retirement had dried up and we were self sufficient.   Then my landlord had a bipolar breakdown , which made my family's safety a compromised situation.  The situation ‌
After multiple problems we have to get out of this house to be able to live in a calm and safe environment.  Right now we are stuck.
