Please consider aiding me as I create a stronghold for the arts and new artistic endeavors. I plan to open an Art Gallery and Retail space highlighting local Artists and where our Poetry Open Mic, LionLike MindState can also find a home.
Maybe I'm a serial entrepenuer but I love creating culture and fostering community. At my previous business endeavor MACHINE: Pomona, we had monthly art shows and classes, LionLike MindState Open Mic, Clothing and jewelry from local Artists, The Inland Empire Capoeria Community was established on our floors, live music and holistic workshops. In a little over 4 years we had 285 Art Shows (half of which were the Art first time ever showing), we facilitated Youth Art Fair Day were the local Foster Youth came by the bus load answe taught and inspired via multiple mediums of art and expression.
Many valuable lessons were learned in business and management that I plan to absolutely apply.
When I opened MACHINE: Pomona I did not know what I was doing I just knew what I wanted to do and was willing to learn along the way. This time I have the experience I wish I had before. please help me rebuild my dream and manifest again a platform for our blossoming creative community in the Inland Empire.
