We (Harry Madden, Josh Powell and Robert Dunne) decided to do this cycling trip from Bilbao to Lisbon in an attempt to raise funds for the brilliant charity that is Jigsaw and bring more awareness to the increasingly prevalent issue of young people's mental health.

Jigsaw's mission is to create a better life for the hundreds and thousands of young people across Ireland facing mental health difficulties. They offer a listening ear, give expert advice and support to young people aged twelve to twenty five. They give families, teachers, and those who support young people's mental health ways to cope, and skills to be there for young people. As well as this they strive to make sure that youth mental health is a national, and local priority.
