Thelma's Medical Relief Fund

On February 5, 2020 at 6 a.m. my mother called me to tell me she was ill. I called my Aunt to tell her about my mom and she said my mom had called her and she was already on the way. My mother agreed to have me call EMS. She was taken to our local hospital and underwent surgery to stop bleeding they found. She was then transferred to Seton in Austin.  Then on February 14, 2020 my families world started to crumble. My father called me shortly after midnight to tell me my mother was unresponsive. He started to lose the love of his life. My Aunt, and I rushed to the hospital to be there to help him. We later had to call my brothers and family members to tell them that things did not look good. We had to make decisions fast and pray that she would survive. She survived the surgery but we were later informed her kidneys weren't working. She was put on dialysis that night and by morning we were told it wasn't working. On February 15, 2020 at 5:32 p.m. our world truly crumbled. My father Ramiro had to say goodbye to the woman he’s loved for 52 years. We lost a mother, sister, aunt, and a grandmother. So here we are asking for contributions to go towards her funeral and medical expenses. I want to help alleviate some of the financial challenges for my father.
