August 2021. That’s when my sister, Erin, and brother-in-law, Tony, began their journey of building their dream home and leaving a legacy for their girls. Erin and Tony signed a contract with a man they knew and believed they could trust. Fast forward to now and see the below post/article links, and you get a glimpse of what they have endured over the past four years. Grace and patience were extended for so long due to a personal relationship with the contractor. Unfortunately, now they are in a time crunch due to the construction loan time limits.
Broken trust and mounds of debt created for two of the kindest, most giving people you would meet. While Erin and Tony never expected to be in this situation, they also deserve to see it come to fruition. Due to the $200,000+ that has been stolen, and as they await their current home selling, they are financially maxed out in their ability to fund the remainder of the building project. On behalf of those that know and love Erin and Tony, we are humbly setting up this fund for anyone that feels led to help them to the finish line. As much as they kept their personal pain from others, we believe God will redeem what they have lost, especially now that the truth has come to light. Thank you in advance for your prayers and any donation.
