The Giving Project:  I posted a video a couple weeks ago about a gentleman who makes it his mission to make people smile daily at the hospital. This is not a close personal friend but someone I have observed over the years in the hospital at work as well as in the community. No matter what seems to be going on in his life, he is smiling, singing, laughing and spreading cheer. People like this are hard to find..........those that exist to bring a smile to someone for nothing in return.  I found out from a source that he has never been on a family vacation- and I wanted to make that happen as a gift from santa for the holidays because I believe that he deserves someone to randomly go out of their way to show appreciation for him and who he is.  I am asking for your help..........I am just asking you to pledge as little as $10 (nearly a meal at Wendy's) to help make this possible.  I personally along with my giving team are pledging over $1000.00 to make this happen but if my friends and family will come together- we can extend this gift to his full household.  If you are not able to give- I will not be angry but please don't just ignore my request if you are able to help in any small amount.  We will present this family with this gift by video and post for all of you to enjoy and share in the love---- anonymously from Santa.


My only question to you is this:    Would you do for this man , what he does for strangers daily? Will you give a small amount just to allow him to spend a vacation he would otherwise never have............just to see him smile....just because you are able?   

I promise you that you will never be in need as a result of a random act of kindness.

I just ask one more thing of you...........can you assist me in finding 5 of your closest friends to give as well?
