The Final Test — To Live or Die

My name is Mark Bryant, and I’m in the fight of my life against terminal leukemia.

I was originally diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (Ph+ ALL) in 2015 — one of the toughest genetic mutations to treat. I’ve had two full-intensity stem cell transplants, CAR-T therapy countless rounds of chemotherapy and radiation, and I’ve survived medical errors that almost took my life.

I had a major relapse in the middle of August after my second stem cell transplant earlier this year.

I need to raise £150,000 to access lifesaving and immune-regenerative treatment — treatment that can rebuild my health, restore my immune system, and help me stay alive for my wife, Fiona, and our two children.

Why this matters?

The NHS has been incredible, but their treatment options for me are palliative only. I refuse to give up when I know that regenerative and metabolic medicine can help me fully recover. I've used it before and the only thing stopping me previously has been funding the treatment.

This time it has to be non-negotiable. I have the answers, I just need the finances to put them into place. I know I can do this.

I’ve spent the last ten years researching, testing, and living what I believe to be the future of medicine — a model that integrates:

Mindset — Beoming the CEO of your Health, developing the descipipline and doing the psychological, spiritual and emotional work to release bring the body back into balance energetically.
Medicine — combining standard care with integrative and metabolic medicine to improve treatment outcomes and rebuild the body at the most critical time, and understanding the world of Immune & Regenerative Medicine to Rebuild critical immune surveillance.
Mechanics — Building the team to help personalise the treatment and protocoal.

The current health care system is fantastic at saving lives but has limitations on how it can help you regenerate and health increasing long terms outcomes when it comes to cancer treatment.

My story so far

In 2015, I was diagnosed and underwent my first transplant. When I relapsed in 2016 and was told I had six months to live. I made the decision to focus on getting well and told my oncologist to not tell me the revised prognosis.

As well as radically transforming my lifestyle, my research led me to the Majaraj Institute of Regenerative Medicine and we identified that my brothers cells from the transplant were no functioning properly. The expert doctor who is also a consultant haematologist specialising in lood cancer rebuilt my immune surveillance turning the critical cells back on line.

In 2021, I launched the Terminal to Triathlon Project to raise funds to allow me to return to Florida to test and re-optimise my immune system and also provide patient grants to those looking to explore the other areas of medicine I mention above.

I completed the Ironman Triathlon in 14 hours and 10 minutes proving that healing is possible even after a terminal diagnosis.

Sadly, I relapsed later that year and the last three years have been the toughest of our lives.

A drug initially worked to reduce the disease burden, only to have another relapse August 2023 where I went through CAR-T therapy and then a second stem cell transplant in early 2025.

This year has been the deepest spiritual, physical, mental and emotional phases of my life. Just when I thought things were all heading in the right direction, I had a relapse in August this year.

Now I’m fighting again — I have the roadmap, the doctors and the science to make it work.

The plan

1. Reduce disease burden using a combination of NHS care and integrative metabolic therapies and the UK's first fully integrative clinic in London.
2. Reboot my immune system through regenerative medicine in Europe that will be using a combination VSELSs, SBSC's and Exozomes.
3. Return to Florida to work with the Maharaj Institute of Regenerative Medicine to fully rebuild immune surveillance and long-term vitality.

My current situation
I can’t drive due to dangerously low platelets. I’m homebound, dependent on Fiona, friends, and family to get me to hospital. The NHS team have even discussed end-of-life plans with me — but I’m not done.

I’m choosing to live for my family my friends and the impact I know I will have in the world of preventative health and I want to share my insights, mindset and lessons with you all.

Please donate, share, comment and spread this message. Every act of support brings me one step closer to life-saving treatment — and helps create a roadmap for others facing cancer.

With love, strength, and gratitude,

Mark Bryant
