Harvey assistance for the Files

Friends and Family, we've all heard of the devastation caused from Hurricane Harvey.  I write to you from the San Francisco Bay Area, but some of my family members in Texas were directly impacted and lost everything.   Their homes were completely destroyed as well as everything in it.  The picture attached is their town of Dickinson, southeast of Houston.  I tried attaching a video of their neighborhood, which is 100% submerged in water, but tech savvy me can't figure that part out.   My cousin (Sara File) and her family as well as my aunt (Carrie Fox) have applied for FEMA, so that will certainly help, but it won't cover all.  

During my first two years of practice, I did Hurricane insurance litigation (those impacted by Rita and Katrina), and let be the first to tell you that this will be a long and arduous road for all affected by this.   It's never enough and it never comes quickly enough.  But if we all chip in a little, together we can do so much!    I'm hoping to raise a little to sustain them during this time of hefty uncertainty and get them back on their feet a little.  Sara is a teacher in the town of Dickinson and Carrie is a registered nurse.  All proceeds will go directly to them.
