TheeArtCave Plants The Seed

Have you ever planted a seed and watched it sprout?

Meet the Mustard Seeds of TheeArtCave: Angela Nicole & Stephanie Ari.

It all began on our couch in Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn, NY, to share our passion for all things print, all things entrepreneurial, and all things community. Together, we’ve set out on a mission to build a socially responsible, profitable and creative studio in the print/tech industry.

Because this is important to our community and because it does not exist. As Black, queer women, we want to create spaces that reflect us and the beautiful diversity of humanity.

As we researched business and economics information we became inspired to help our community. We were alarmed at the statistics surrounding the lack of financial success within the Black community and used that as an impetus to build TheeArtCave.

Let's look at this game changing statistic :

Don't fret!

Together, we have the power to change. As we continue to share this knowledge with everyone and build businesses that expand the traditional ideas of barber-shops and hair salons, we will no doubt create change and increase our intergenerational wealth.

TheeArtCave is an artistic manufacturing company dedicated to providing professional screen printing and laser print production. We seek to take up space and insert our voice in a white, male dominated industry.

As the manufacturing industry continues to outsource labor, TheeArtCave is happily placing its stake in the East New York neighborhood of Brooklyn, NY.

Along with 16 other entrepreneurs and artists that made it through a rigorous selection process, we received an incredible opportunity to open a studio space located in NYC's newest market incubator, [re]New Lots.

We want to make sure this opportunity reaches its full potential and we need your support. Your donations will help us purchase the equipment and supplies to begin production.

This includes buying a screen printing press, laser engraver and cutter, computer, inks & substrates, rulers, pencils, pens, dryer, work table, a chair to sit in, and other neccessary items.

We invite you to co-create with us by extending monetary resources. Success is all of our duty. When all powers combine, that will surely happen.

Our deepest gratitude for your donations,

PS- We’ve also come up with 2 alternative ways you can help:
{1} Hire Us! (to create your marketing and promotional merchandise)
{2} Tell a friend, community member, business professional, philanthropist, or anyone with influence. Post our campaign video to your blog, facebook, instagram, website, etc.
