Good day everyone! As you all know, I (Jan Orda) have been training people at my home "Dojo" for about five years now and have been encouraged and inspired to open up an "OFFICIAL" Dojo thanks to all the people that have trained with me! So everyone, I ask you from the bottom of my heart and the depths of my soul to please consider donating to this cause.

MISSION:

The Dojo's mission is to help guide the youth as well as adults towards greater physical, mental and spiritual health. We would want "The Dojo" to feel like "Home" to everyone who comes in to train. Instead of a gym focused on vanity or being "hardcore", "The Dojo" will be focused on overall health and fun (although if you want to be hardcore we have training for that too!)  The long term goal is to create a universal dojo that would introduce everyone to many aspects of fitness from martial arts to yoga. Our goal is to get people of all ages to become healthier, more joyful in their lives and to develop a loving and passionate zeal for life and loving others!

The training that we are looking forward to having at the moment is:

The class that will be offered is the Zenpan Integrated Mitt System (ZIMS) which I have developed over the past 5 years in helping martial arts become a fun and efficient way in helping people become healthy! You can see the training system at work in the 5 Year Anniversary video below!

We also encourage ALL PARENTS to participate in our classes with their children. All parents can train with their children in class for FREE in order to learn ZIMS. This will help them be able to practice with their child at home and will help build confidence, communication and most importantly, love in the family!
