‍♂️ WE’RE TAKING ON THE ZAMBEZI FOR IMMINGHAM DOGS HOME! ❤️

In just short of 3 months, September the 8th , myself, Ryan and Kelly will be taking on the challenge of a lifetime to raise money for Immingham Dogs Home.

We’ll be paddling over 100 kilometres down the mighty Zambezi River in Africa – one of the world’s most iconic and challenging waterways. This isn’t your average canoe trip!

Over several days we’ll:

Paddle traditional dugout canoes, inflatable kayaks and rafts

Tackle unforgiving rapids, including some of the most notorious white-water rapids in the world below Victoria Falls

Share the river with elephants, hippos and crocodiles

️ Camp under the stars on the banks of the Zambezi

☀️ Face sweltering heat, humidity, blistered hands and tough conditions

Travel through one of Africa’s most breathtaking landscapes, including the incredible Victoria Falls – “The Smoke That Thunders”

The Zambezi River stretches for 2,700km through six countries, and we’ll be taking on one of its most demanding sections. It will push us physically and mentally every step of the way, but knowing we’re raising money for the dogs at Immingham Dogs Home will keep us going.

Immingham Dogs Home does amazing work caring for, rehabilitating and finding loving homes for dogs in need. Every donation, no matter how big or small, will help support the incredible work they do and make a real difference to the lives of these animals.
